How to support

Located in a historic building of the University of Porto and an equally historic street of Porto (Rua das Taipas), the Institute of Public Health, University of Porto (ISPUP) is a non-profit organization, created in 2006 to respond to the need to develop the public health research, nationally and internationally.

The Institute is devoted either to scientific research, as well as to post-graduate training, having as initial partners the Rectory of the University of Porto, Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto (FMUP) and the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar (ICBAS).

The ISPUP is funded mainly through government and European Union funds.
